Scope of Work

3rd Floor Addition

We will add a third floor addition to the current structure over the flat roof that is on the back of the house. We will maintain the look, style and the overall aesthetic of the entire building into the addition. The addition will serve as a finished storage space. We will adjust any framing as needed to support the additional structure as per engineer request / report. Price does not include any adjustments to the current stairwell that leads to the 2nd and 3rd floors. Our goal is to leave the remainder of the house intact. The room under the addition will be disturbed but protected during construction.

Detached Garage

We will build a two story garage with finished space on the 2nd floor and a full bathroom inside the garage. The garage will be conditioned with a mini split system. The plumbing and electrical will be trenched into the main house and tied into the main houses system. The exterior of the garage will match customers' sketches which incorporate a few different building materials to match the current aesthetic of the main house.
