Scope of Work

Finish Basement

We will fully finish the basement. There will be a utility closet at the furnace area that also serves as storage. Additionally we will make a pantry area by the basement stairwell. The basement walls will be insulated and the entire basement will have new drywall. Price includes LVP flooring, trimwork, paint and new electrical.

1st & 2nd Floor Flooring/Paint

We will completely replace the existing flooring and trimwork throughout the 1st and 2nd floor with new LVP flooring and new trimwork. Additionally, we will take care of any needed drywall repairs to make the walls look like new and completely paint the 1st and 2nd floor walls ceiling and trim.

Garage Finish Drywall and paint

We will finish the garage drywall and paint the entire garage

Master Bathroom Shower

We will remove the master bathroom acrylic shower insert and install a new swanstone shower system. Price includes new plumbing mixing valve and faucet.

Backyard Deck with Steps

We will completely remove the existing deck on the back of the house and rebuild it with a larger deck that extends towards the kitchen area. Additionally, we will have a staircase that goes from ground level to the deck. The deck will be made of a PVC like material.
