Door Hanger Promotion Terms & Conditions

(for Apollo Homes & Renovations LLC)

These Terms govern eligibility and redemption of the promotional offer advertised on Apollo Homes & Renovations LLC (“Apollo Homes”) door hangers.

1. Promotional Offer

Eligible customers who meet all requirements will receive:

  1. A free one-year subscription to the SafeHome by Apollo program, and

  2. A discount equal to 15% of the qualifying project total, up to $1,000.00, applied to one home improvement project over $3,000.00.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To qualify:

• Customer must be the legal homeowner on title of the serviced property.
• The initial contracted project must be greater than $3,000.00 before discounts.
• Customer must present the physical door hanger at time of estimate.
• Offer is one-time use per household.
• Customer must reside within Apollo Homes’ active service area.
• Apollo Homes retains the right to verify property ownership.

This offer cannot be applied to previously contracted jobs or jobs already in progress.

3. SafeHome by Apollo Membership

• Regular price: $119.00/month.
• The free one-year membership begins the day after the initial qualifying project is completed and paid in full.
• SafeHome benefits cannot be used to discount the initial qualifying project.
• Future project discounts are governed solely by the SafeHome Membership Terms, to be executed separately.
• Membership has no cash value and is non-transferable.

4A. Exclusions and Limitations

• Offer may not be combined with any other promotion, sale pricing, referral credits, or financing incentives.
• Discount is limited to a maximum value of $1,000.00.
• Void where prohibited by law.
• No substitutions allowed.
• Apollo Homes reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice, except as required by law.

4B. Project Value Adjustment Clause

If the homeowner requests changes that reduce the total project value below $3,000.00 before discounts:

• The promotional offer becomes immediately void
• The 15% discount will not be applied
• The free SafeHome membership will not be included
• Any promotional pricing will be removed and recalculated

Eligibility is determined based on the final, signed scope of work.

5. Door Hanger Distribution Disclaimer

Door hangers are distributed by independent third-party contractors, not by Apollo Homes personnel.
Therefore:

• Apollo Homes is not responsible for any claims, damage, trespass, or disputes arising from door hanger placement
• No warranty is made that any specific property, street, or household will receive a hanger
• Possession of a door hanger does not guarantee eligibility without satisfying all terms herein

6. Contract Requirements

• All qualifying work requires a written signed contract.
• Discounts and promotional values will be fully documented in the executed contract before commencement of work.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and any dispute shall be resolved within its courts of competent jurisdiction.
