Fully Renovate 2nd Floor Bathroom:

We will completely demo the entire 2nd floor bathroom. New moisture rated drywall will be installed, new trim, updated electrical with a new panasonic bathroom exhaust fan, a new tub, a fully tiled tub surround with a glass sliding door, new LVT flooring, and we will close off accessed to the linen closet from the hallway and give access to it from the bathroom. The linen closet will not have a door but instead be open shelves. Price includes a new toilet, vanity, mirror and bathroom accessories.
