Framing
Scope of Work:
Basement: Build a 2x4 partition wall with a 30” door opening and a closet with a 60” double door opening. New walls are highlighed in yellow.
Sun Room: Adjust framing of the existing covered porch to fully finish the area. New framing is highlighted yellow. Red highlighted walls are to be removed. Framing is to extend past the current structure. Frame for a half bath. New finished area will have [2] 24” windows, [1] 48” window and [2] 60” glass slidders. Price for all sidding work. Additionally, we will need to install some sort of french drain around the area. Their grading is falling towards the current slab and when it freezes its pushing the slab up.

Drywall
Scope of Work:
Basement: ONLY the entire basement ceiling will be drywalled and the yellow walls shown in the blueprint below. Ceiling height is 8ft. There is no secondary access to the basement besides the main staircase. Stocking maybe difficult.
Sun Room: Drywall entire sunroom and bathroom. Ceiling height is 8ft. There is easy access from the enteior of the building to stock drywall.

Painting
Scope of Work:
Basement: The entire basement ceiling and the yellow walls shown in the blueprint below will need painted. The ceiling and yellow walls will be new drywall. Trimwork for those areas and the 3 doors will also need painted.
Sun Room: The entire sunroom and half bath will need painted. Walls ceiling and trim/doors.
