Scope of Work
Bathroom Renovation:
We will completely demo the existing master bathroom, extend the bathroom into the master bedroom by framing a new partition wall. In the bathroom, we will install a waterproofing backer board to accommodate a fully tiled shower surround with an acrylic shower pan, moisture rated drywall and adjust any mechanicals needed to accommodate the new floorplan. We will ONLY be doing the rough mechanicals, framing and drywall work on the bathroom. All finishes will be performed by the homeowner. This includes tile work, installing finish fixtures, flooring, paint, trimwork and shower door.
