Scope of Work

Full Bathroom Renovation:

Fully renovate the current 1st floor bathroom. Price includes a new LVT flooring, trimwork, black pedestal stink, black toilet, tiled shower surround with a black prefab acrylic base, glass shower door, venetian plaster paint and updated lighting with a new exhaust fan. Price also includes needed drywall repairs notably the ceiling by the shower and the wall above the vanity light fixture. Additionally, we will, if structurally allowed, move the HVAC supply vent that is currently on the floor to the wall.
