Scope of Work

Bathroom Remodel

We will completely renovate the 2nd floor master bathroom. We will remove the built in tiled tub and replace it with a free standing tub. The corner shower will be extended and a swanstone shower with a tiled pebble shower pan will be installed. A small knee wall with fixed glass and a glass shower door will surround the shower. The angled corner wall where the vanity currently sits will be removed and the bathroom will be squared up. We will fully level and prep the floor and a new LVP or LVT flooring will be installed. All the wall paper will be removed and walls will be painted. New lighting will be installed along with all electrical devices being updated. The toilet will be replaced and bathroom accessories will all be replaced. New vanities will also be installed with two sinks.
