Scope of Work

Upgrade Electrical Service to 200amps

We will update the electrical panel, meter base, SEU wire and grounding to a 200amp service.

Bathroom Exhaust Fan

We will remove the defective bathroom exhaust fan and replace it with a panasonic exhaust fan. Additionally, we will properly seal the venting termination outside to prevent the OSB sheeting from rotting.

Basement Grey Water Issue

We will remove the blue grey water storage tank and propery plumb the waste water into the septic system.

Basement Electrical Issues

We will further investigate the basement wiring issues and correct all wiring that is accessable in the basement.

Water Heater Change Out

We will replace the current water heater with a similar model.

Finish Mudroom

We will completely insulate and finish the mudroom. This includes, new insulation on exterior walls / ceiling, drywall, paint, trimwork and flooring.

Finish Basement

We will finish the basement that is currently accessable. This includes framing, insulation, moisture rated drywall, electrical, plumbing changes, leveling the floor, installing a water midigation system in the floor, LVP flooring and fixing the steps.
