Scope of Work

Whole House Renovation

We will completely renovate the entire house. LVP or LVT flooring will be installed throughout besides the kitchen, dining room and bedroom that will serve as master closet; those floors will stay as is. The entire inside of the house will be painted. We will replace 17 interior doors, new baseboards and the hallways that have wallpaper will get board and batten paneling as well as the 2nd floor hall bathroom on a portion of the wall. Light fixtures and electrical devices such as switches and plugs will be replaced and we will add recessed lighting to the basement and living room. Additionally we will install a new ceiling fan in the living room ceiling and sunroom. We will remove the sliding glass door from the kitchen to the sunroom and completely wall off the sunroom from the dining room. We will install a faux beam from the kitchen to the sunroom. The sunroom siding on the interior will be removed and replaced with drywall and the wood fire burner will be surrounded with fire rated material that looks finished. We will replace or repair the broken glass in the sunroom. In the kitchen, we will install 2 pantry cabinets. The master bathroom will be completely reconfigured and a new swanstone shower system will be installed with a bench. The master bathroom will also get a new vanity, mirror and toilet. The powder room bathroom will have a new vanity, mirror and toilet. The basement mancave paneling will be removed and replaced with drywall and the mudroom wall that is paneling will also be removed and replaced with drywall. The fireplace room will be finished with drywall where needed and the laundry plumbing adjusted to meet code. A new electric water heater will be installed and the electrical panel will be made safe.
