Scope of Work

Fireplace Custom Build-Ins:

We will install a shiplap backer on top of the fireplace and behind the build-ins. Additionally, we will install either wiring or a chase for the TV wiring to be run behind the walls into a cubby. Then we will install three custom pieces. A cubby system on the left side of the fireplace, a cubby system on the right side of the fireplace and a butcher block bench. We will put a special seal coat on the butcher block to protect the finish. We will adjust any HVAC or mechanicals that are in the way of the build-ins. The cubbies will be lighted with LED strip light and controlled by a single pole switch. See concept images. Additionally, we will mount the TV above the fireplace free of charge. TV specs must be provided. We will also add two sets of doors to the build-ins to match the new concept image that was provided by the homeowner ($500.00 increase from original concept images).

Butler Station With Pantry & Storage:

We will install prebuilt cabinets in the butler area. This will include a pantry cabinet, two base cabinets and a large storage cabinet. Additionally, we will install a butcher block counter top to match the seat at the fireplace. We will put a special seal coat on the butcher block to protect the finish. Any mechanicals or HVAC that are in the way of the cabinets will be rerouted so they remain functional. See concept images.
