Scope of Work

14 ft x 14 ft Addition

We will fully build a finished 14 foot by 14 foot addition on the back of the house that connects through the existing pantry. The addition will have a sliding glass door that exits to the back yard. Additionally, it will have its own separate HVAC system via mini split. The addition will be fully finished with LVP flooring, trim, paint, and recessed lighting.
