Scope of Work

Upgrade Electrical Service to 200amps

We will update the electrical panel, meter base, SEU wire and grounding to a 200amp service. This service is a pipe mass style service.

Bathroom Exhaust Fan

We will install a new panasonic bathroom fan and have it wired to a new switch location that is seperated from the vanity light fixture.

Range Wiring

We will install a new 8-3 romex from the panel to the range location. Will will install a 4 prong range plug at the range.

Dryer Outlet

We will install a new dryer outlet in the corner where the washing machine is currently. It will be a 10-3 romex with a 4 prong dryer plug.

Basement Wiring

We will install two new lights and two switches in the basement for the the back room and its closet.

Project Total: $400.00

Garage Outlets

We will install outlets on the block wall that are GFCI protected and in conduit.
