Scope of Work

Bathroom Renovation

We will completely renovate the 1st floor bathroom. We will be taking the existing bathroom down to the studs. We will then adjust the plumbing and electrical to fit the new design of the bathroom. If needed we will insulate the exterior wall with Rockwool insulation and foam for air sealing. We will be replacing the window in the bathroom with a new window of like kind. The tub/shower system will be a swanstone shower system with a wall niche. There will be fixed glass that separates the tub from the toilet area and a glass slider to enter the tub. There will be two fully functional vanities with outlets at each. A new LVT flooring will be installed with new trimwork. The entire bathroom will be painted and bath hardware will be installed.
