Scope of Work

Garage Structure

We will build a 33’ by 30’ garage. Price includes all foundation work, framing, roofing, siding, gutters, electrical work, rough plumbing and garage doors. Additionally, we will insulate and drywall the entire garage.

Garage Finsh

We will fully finish the new garage space with a HVAC system, trimwork, paint, cabinetry LVP or LVT flooring and a half bath.

Kitchen Remodel

We will completely renovate the entire kitchen and dining area. We will separate the space with a partition wall to make a storage / pantry area with a sink. There will be a double fridge and a large island that seats 5. We will install new LVP or LVT flooring throughout the space. All new kitchen cabinets will be installed, the upper cabinets will go to the ceiling and all cabinets will have soft close hinges or draws. All base cabinets will be draws, no lazy susans and there will be a pull out trash can cabinet. A new quartz or granite countertop will be installed. Additionally, we will install a new backsplash with undercabinet lighting and adjust the kitchen lights to better accent the new cabinets. The entire area will get new trimwork and paint.
