Scope of Work

Fully Finish The Basement:

We will complete a full basement finishing project to convert the space into a properly framed, conditioned, and finished living area. We will construct new 2x4 framed exterior walls, frame a dedicated closet enclosure for the furnace, and frame the bathroom area. We will install new electrical outlets and recessed lighting throughout the space in accordance with code requirements. The basement will be properly integrated into the home’s HVAC system to ensure adequate heating and cooling. We will install drywall, trim, and paint throughout, along with new luxury vinyl plank (LVP) flooring. The bathroom will include installation of a new vanity, toilet, and standard acrylic shower unit. The project also includes adjusting or relocating any existing mechanical components as necessary to accommodate the new finished layout.
