Scope of Work

Basement Renovation

We will completely remodel the entire basement. This includes removing wooden paneling, old flooring, doors and trimwork. We will be installing new drywall on the walls, a new drop ceiling in the laundry and gym area and new LVP flooring throughout the entire basement. The gym will have a utility closet and a storage closet as well. The laundry will have new cabinetry with a new sink, with a granite countertop and the washer and dryer will be better placed so that they do not sit out from the wall as much. The bar area will be completely redone. The partition wall will be removed and an open countertop will be in its place. The bar will have new cabinets, granite countertops, a new sink and open shelves. The office will feature a display cabinet and two base cabinets below the TV. Will also be updating the chair rail in the office to modernize it. The entire basement lighting will be redone with warm LED recessed lighting. The main living room fireplace will be reworked to make it fit better with the new style of the basement and we will install a butler station as well.
